Shipping and Returns

Delivery within Australia

Retail:

We use Australia Post to deliver items Australia-wide from our warehouse in Perth, WA. Unless requested by yourself of transport by another carrier (at your cost). (Please follow the prompts at checkout)

Postage costs will not be calculated at time of online order checkout due to the extreme variability in size & weight of our products and location of delivery. Our orders department will advise you of postage costs before charging your credit card. If items exceed the Australia Post weight and size limitations we can use one of our courier companies which vary depending on location of delivery. Courier charges will be freight forwarded to the customer.

School:

School account customers can nominate delivery via Australia Post or their chosen Courier. Pick up from one of our 15 branches can also be arranged, a branch must be chosen from the selection at checkout.

Delivery for schools is $6.60 inc GST to schools with postcodes in the Perth metropolitan area with postal codes in between 6000 – 6210. Delivery outside these codes, or for extremely heavy items such as pottery kilns or drying racks will incur extra fees.

Wholesale:

International Delivery

Please note that we do not ship internationally at this time. We apologise for the inconvenience.

Delivery turnaround

You will receive your order in approximately 3 – 14 working days for standard post within Australia. At peak times (December – March) delivery may take a little longer due to the high volume of orders our company processes at this time. Please note that some of our items may not always be in stock at the time of ordering. If there will be a considerable delay, we will contact you to advise you of its estimated time of arrival. If your order is urgent please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Refunds & Returns Policy

If you are in any way dissatisfied with the products you have received, we will happily organise a refund or exchange of items for you, as long as the products are returned to us within 10 working days of you receiving them, with proof of purchase, undamaged and in their original packaging.

Refunds are issued in the same tender as the original purchase. For example, if the item was purchased using a VISA card, the credit will be refunded to the same VISA card.
To return any items you must contact our office and advise the reason for return, and the goods must include a copy of the original invoice.

Can I cancel my order?

An order can only be cancelled up to the point it is despatched. We pride ourselves in despatching orders promptly, so to cancel you must contact us immediately using our Contact form before the goods have left our control. You will receive an email advising you that your order has been despatched. After that point you will need to accept delivery and then return the order to us in accordance with our Refunds and Returns Policy above.

Secure Shopping

All areas of our website that request sensitive information from you – such as personal details and credit card information – are fully protected by a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). Notice the Padlock that appears in your browser. This means that any information that is sent to and from our server is encrypted to prevent any unauthorized access.

All Credit Card transactions are performed through a fixed and secure payment gateway to the Bankwest (BWT) All credit card information is encrypted in transit and is never stored on our server.

Verify the security code - What is this?

When you enter details into any form on our website you must type the displayed security code into a box. This important step is required to protect our systems (and therefore the integrity of our shoppers' information) from harmful automated scripts that could adversely affect the operation of our online store. It works by dynamically generating characters and numbers in a way that cannot be interpreted by automated systems.
