A powerful and useful blue. Transparent and staining equal to any other brand in the world that I have tested including W&N. (windsor blue rs) buy this and get twice as much for less money. I frequently use pthalo blue as a spot or two in an ultramarine sky wash or with indian red or burnt seinna as a complimentary colour.
This is the blue pigment to get if you want to MIX greens rather than go for the green pigments.
