Featuring a wide range of talented local artists and original works, the Trigg Art Club will be holding its Autumn Exhibition from 8–10 May 2026.
We’re delighted that Jacksons is once again supporting the Trigg Art Club through donations for this event, helping us showcase the work of our vibrant local art community.
All artworks will be available for purchase, offering visitors the opportunity to take home a unique, original piece created by a local artist.
The Trigg Art Club proudly supports the Trigg Island Surf Life Saving Club with annual donations from profits from our membership fees and exhibitions. The club has been holding exhibitions since 1969, with all profits supporting the Surf Life Saving Club and its volunteers who help keep our community safe at Trigg Beach. In recent years, the exhibition has raised between $10,000 to $12,000 annually, helping fund essential equipment for the surf club.
Visitors can also support this cause by purchasing raffle tickets, with the chance to win a lunch or dinner for eight at Parliament House, drawn at the close of the exhibition.

Ocean Treasures by Ann Dunstan
The exhibition presents a diverse collection of artworks across a variety of subjects including coastal landscapes, birds, florals, and abstract pieces. Visitors will see confident use of colour, depth, contrast, and movement — developed through ongoing practice, experimentation, and collaboration within the group.
During the exhibition, guests will also have the opportunity to meet our rostered members, who are always happy to chat about their work and share insights into their creative process — from initial inspiration through to the finished piece. Behind the scenes, our artists continue to grow by sharing techniques, learning from visiting artists, and supporting one another in developing more expressive and confident styles. Our club brings together passionate artists at all stages — from beginners discovering their style to experienced painters refining their voice. Through regular social art meet-ups, shared learning, and mutual support, we have built a welcoming and encouraging creative environment.
