These artists canvas rolls are made from high quality long-staple (fibre) cotton and/or long stem flax materials sourced from India.

All the fabric material has been subject to strict inspection and testing standards before final production of prepared or unprepared styles.

Our canvas stock is available in primed or unprimed finishes. Primed canvas rolls undergo at least three coats of (Acid Free) priming and drying stages with a fourth and final polishing stage to provide the best possible substrate for art making

For many reasons, cotton canvas is used by the majority of artists today because, overall, it stretches easily, is affordable and adaptable to many different painting syles, from heavy paint application to detailed and hard edge techniques.
