Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Purchase any Staedtler Pigment Art Pigment Set/s between the promotional period and go into the draw to WIN a Prize Pack valued over $500.

Promotional Period:
Promotion commences on Wednesday 1st Nov 2023 and ends at 5:00pm on Friday 15th Dec 2023 (“Promotional Period”).
Eligible entrants:
• This competition is exclusive to *retail customers who purchase any Staedtler Pigment Art Pigment Set/s during the qualifying period in one of our retail outlets and enter via Jacksons website.
• Complete the online entry form.
• Limit one (1) entry permitted per email address. Maximum one (1) entry permitted per person.
• Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
• *Excluding purchases with special discounts such wholesale & school account holders.
• Valid at Cannington, Balcatta, Subiaco, Alfred Cove, Fremantle, Busselton, Midland, Mandurah & Online.
How to Enter:
• Customers who purchase the qualifying product/s must fill out the required details in the electronic form online to enter their contact details.
• Valid receipt number will be required to be entered at time of entry. Invalid receipt numbers will be automatically disqualified from entry. (1) valid receipt number per entry.
Winner notification:
• The winner will be chosen at random. The draw will take place on 18/12/2023. The winner will be contacted via email. The winner’s names will also be published on Jacksons Instagram and Facebook on the 18/12/2023. The winner will need to respond back via email to claim prize by 23/12/2023.
• The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
• Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
• If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
• The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Winner will be decided by way of a random drawn from all entries received within the promotional period.
• The prize will be available at Jacksons Head Office - 21 Gibberd Rd Balcatta by 18th Dec 2023 for collection. *See website for opening hours.
• The prize cannot be exchanged and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other prizes.
Unclaimed Prize:
• Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take the prize (or an element of the prize) by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited.
• A redraw will take place 30 days after 23/12/2023; if the winner does not claim the prize by 23/12/2023 at 5:00pm.
• The redraw will take place on 23/01/2024.
