Are all of Jacksons products on the website?
We have majority of our products available online, however some additional products are stocked within our retail stores.
How can I find out whether Jacksons stocks the product I am looking for?
Jacksons has an extensive product range. If you are looking for a particular product or brand, we recommend you browse through our products section on the website or alternatively contact your nearest Jacksons store directly. Due to vast range of over 20,000 products, unfortunately all products displayed on our website are not available at all stores. Each store has a unique range which is tailored based on individual store demand. If we don’t stock the product you are after we may be able to order the product in for you, just enquire with our friendly store staff. Is there a minimum order amount?
Yes. All web retail customer orders are required to be a minimum of $25.00.
If you are purchasing as a wholesaler, the minimum order amount is $100 or a surcharge of $10.00 applies.

The minimum order amount for a school or retail account holder is $50.00 ex GST.
What is Jacksons refund policy?

Can I hire easels for events?
Yes, you can hire our easels for your next presentation or exhibition for a day or more. Easel hire service is available at Jacksons head office only. You can contact us directly on (08) 6241 6400 for more details on price and availability for hire.
Can I shop online?
Yes, delivery is available anywhere in Australia and in New Zealand.
Does Jacksons have a mailing list that I can join?
Yes, you can join our mailing list in order to receive details on in store workshops and demonstrations, latest promotional offers and news from Jacksons.
Does Jacksons sell Gift Cards?

Yes, you can purchase Gift Cards from any of our stores or alternatively purchase a Gift Card online for any value with a minimum of $25.00. You can purchase on Ecard and choose the dollar value. This eCard will be sent to an email address of your choosing. If purchasing a physical card online, it will be sent registered mail by Australia Post and delivered straight to your door at a cost of $4.95.

Gift Cards can be redeemed at any Jacksons store or for online order. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed with authorised Jacksons Distributors. Gift Cards are activated at the time of purchase. Gift Cards must be redeemed within 3 years of the activation date. Simply present your Gift Card at the register with your purchase(s). Gift Cards can be used towards the purchase of any product available at time of presentation. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash/refunded or be used to purchase another Gift Card. Unfortunately, we are unable to replace lost or damaged Gift Cards.

How do I apply for a job at Jacksons?
If you are interested in applying for a particular job at Jacksons, the best way is by contacting the Manager of the specific store or division you are interested in. You may also wish to submit your résumé and a covering letter by mail or email. Contact details for all our stores can be found under store locator.
Who can help me with a particular product query?
Your closest Jacksons store will be happy to help you with product information. Our staff members generally have excellent product knowledge since many are also practising artists. Visit the store locator page on our website.
Can I do Pick Up In Store / Click and Collect?
We currently don’t offer Pick Up in Store or Click and Collect as options on the Digital Catalogue. However, if you would like to arrange a pick in store, please write the address of the Jacksons store you’d like to pick your order at in the Delivery Address details. You can also add this as comments in check out.
What does ‘Best Way – By Prior Arrangements (Customer to Arrange at the time of checkout’ refer to?
Each school has a different shipping arrangement with Jacksons.
For Metro Schools there is a flat shipping fee of $9.95 for orders under $275 (inc GST), excluding bulky or hazardous goods. Orders over $275 (inc GST) qualify for free shipping, although this also excludes bulky and dangerous goods. Jacksons will add the appropriate freight fee when we receive the order.

Regional Schools generally have a preferred courier. When the school is signs up we often ask the school if they have a preferred courier to send their order with and their account details. Jacksons will arrange for the delivery to be sent with their courier on their account. If there is no preferred courier we will use our own couriers and the freight will be charged to the school.
How long does it take for out of stock items to be delivered?
It depends on the item ordered. Some items we can source back from our local stores and it can take up to a week to get back to the warehouse for delivery. Other items might have to be sourced direct from the supplier and the turnaround time varies with suppliers.
