Are all of Jacksons products on the website?
We have majority of our products available online, however some additional products are stocked within our retail stores.
How can I find out whether Jacksons stocks the product I am looking for?
Jacksons has an extensive product range. If you are looking for a particular product or brand, we recommend you browse through our products section on the website or alternatively contact your nearest Jacksons store directly. Due to vast range of over 20,000 products, unfortunately all products displayed on our website are not available at all stores. Each store has a unique range which is tailored based on individual store demand. If we don’t stock the product you are after we may be able to order the product in for you, just enquire with our friendly store staff.
Is there a minimum order amount?
Yes. All web retail customer orders are required to be a minimum of $25.00 Please note, if you are purchasing as a wholesaler, the minimum order amount is $100 or a surcharge of $10.00 applies and the minimum order amount for a school or retail account holder is $50.00

Can I hire easels for events?
Yes, you can hire our easels for your next presentation or exhibition for a day or more. Easel hire service is available at Jacksons head office only. You can contact us directly on (08) 6241 6400 for more details on price and availability for hire.
Yes, delivery is available anywhere in Australia and in New Zealand.
Does Jacksons have a mailing list that I can join?

in order to receive details on in store workshops and demonstrations, latest promotional offers and news from Jacksons.
Does Jacksons sell Gift Cards?
Yes, you can purchase Gift Cards from any of our stores or alternatively purchase a Gift Card online for any value with a minimum of $10.00. You can purchase on Ecard and choose the dollar value. This eCard will be sent to an email address of your choosing. If purchasing a physical card online, it will be sent registered mail by Australia Post and delivered straight to your door at a cost of $4.95.
Gift Cards can be redeemed at any Jacksons store or for online order. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed with authorised Jacksons Distributors. Gift Cards are activated at the time of purchase. Gift Cards must be redeemed within 3 years of the activation date. Simply present your Gift Card at the register with your purchase(s). Gift Cards can be used towards the purchase of any product available at time of presentation. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash/refunded or be used to purchase another Gift Card. Unfortunately, we are unable to replace lost or damaged Gift Cards.
How do I apply for a job at Jacksons?
If you are interested in apply for a particular job at Jacksons, the best way is by contacting the Manager of the particular store or division you are interested in. You may also wish to submit your résumé and a covering letter by mail or email. Contact details for all our stores can be found under store locator.
