Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Buy from ANY Jacksons store or online throughout February, share your image on Instagram, use our hashtag (#jacksonsdrawingsupplies) & tag us (@jacksonsdrawingsupplies) to be in the running to win a Daler-Rowney Aquafine Watercolour Ink Set of 6 x 29.5ml + mixed media paint marker - valued at $89.95!

Promotional Period

Promotion commences on 1st February 2024 and ends at 11:59pm WST on 29th February 2024 (“Promotional Period”).

• Eligible entrants: 
• Entrant must have purchased via a Jacksons Drawing Supplies retail or online store throughout February
  Able to enter / tag as many times as you like throughout the month
• Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin

How to Enter:
1.      Follow @jacksonsdrawingsupplies on Instagram

2.      Snap a photo of your original artwork or product purchase and share it on Instagram (ensure your account is public so we can see it)

3.      Tag us in the post using @jacksonsdrawingsupplies & #jacksonsdrawingsupplies

 

Winner notification

• The winner will be chosen at random. The draw will take place on 1/03/2024. The winner will be contacted via Instagram. The winner’s name will also be published on Jacksons Instagram. The winner will need to respond back via email to claim prize by 08/03/2024.
• The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. 
• Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
• If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant. 
• The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. 
• Winners will be decided by way of a random drawn from all entries received within the promotional period.
• The prize will be sent to the winners nearest Jacksons Store by 15th March 2024 for collection.
• The prizes cannot be exchanged and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other prizes.

Unclaimed Prize

• Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take the prize (or an element of the prize) by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited. 
• A redraw will take place 30 days after 1/03/2024; if the winner does not claim the prize by 08/03/2024 at 5:00pm  
• The redraw will take place on 01/04/2024.

• The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes. Entrants should direct any request to opt out, access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.

Pricing
Prices on www.jacksons.com.au are displayed are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. Prices may be subject to change without notice if necessary. Prices may vary from store to store. Prices displayed on this website may differ from prices displayed in-store. Online prices, including promotional pricing may not be price matched in any Jacksons retail store. 

Product Availability
In certain circumstances, we may need to review your order prior to processing which can result in your order being declined. This may happen where the requested product is not available, discontinued or if a pricing error has occurred for the product listed on the website. Images and product descriptions are also subject to change.

Stock may vary from store to store. Please check with your local Jacksons store for availability. Please see Store Locations for store addresses and contact details. 
Jacksons reserve the right to withdraw products from sale without notice.

Order Minimum
- Web Retail orders are required to be a minimum of $25.
- School and Retail account holder online orders are required to be a minimum of $50.
- Wholesale account holder online orders are required to be a minimum of $100. A surcharge of $10 will apply to all orders below $100 (before GST & freight).

Special Order Items
As Jacksons do not stock Special Order items, payment is required before your order is placed directly with our supplier and cannot be cancelled once ordered from our supplier. Delivery is subject to supplier lead-time; our Customer Service Team will advise you of the estimated delivery date on confirmation from our supplier. Freight/Shipping/Handling Fees will apply to Special Order items.

While Stocks Last Items
All items listed as *While Stocks Last* will be discontinued from our system once stock is depleted. Some items will be available for special orders after stock has run out.

Hazardous Goods
Hazardous Chemicals - cannot be shipped with Australia Post. Should you require a quote for variable rate shipping charges please advise and a member of the Customer Service Team will contact you with the charges for confirmation. Variable Rate charges will be considered accepted should no response be received within 48 hours.
 

Gift Cards

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Gift Cards can be redeemed at any Jacksons store or online 
• Gift Cards must be redeemed within 3 years as per expiry date on Gift Card. Date extensions/roll overs are not available.
• In store, please present your Gift Card at the register with your purchase(s).
• Gift Cards can be used towards the purchase of any product available at time of presentation [excluding Gift Cards].
• Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or be used to make payment on a layby.
• Unfortunately, we are unable to replace lost or damaged Gift Cards.
• Gift Cards can only be used for Retail purchases (excludes School & Wholesale purchases).
