Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Promotional Period

Promotion commences on Tuesday 1st October2024 and ends on Thursday 31st October 2024 (“Promotional Period”).

Eligible entrants: 
· This competition is exclusive to *retail customers who spend $50+ on Hello Artist! products during the qualifying period at our Balcatta, Cannington, Midland or Mandurah retail outlets and enter via the store provided entry form or website form via QR code.
· Completed the entry form & have a valid entry.
· Limit one (1) entry permitted per email address. Maximum one (1) entry permitted per person.
· Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
· * Excluding purchases with special discounts such as wholesale & school account holders.
 
How to Enter:
· Customers who spend over the qualifying amount must fill out the required details on the form in store (give completed entry form to store staff) or fill out the details online via QR code link.

Winner notification
· The winners will be chosen at random. The draw will take place on Friday 8  November 2024. The winners will be contacted via email. The winner’s names will also be published on Jacksons Instagram and Facebook week commencing Monday 11 November 2024. The winners will need to respond back via email to claim prize by Friday 15th November 2024.
· The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. 
· Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
· If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant. 
· The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. 
· Winners will be decided by way of a random draw from all entries received within the promotional period.
· The prizes will be sent to the winners nearest Jacksons Store by Friday 29th November 2024 for collection.
· The prizes cannot be exchanged and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other prizes.

Unclaimed Prizes
· Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take the prize (or an element of the prize) by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited. 
· A redraw will take place 30 days after Friday 8 November 2024; if the winner does not claim the prize by Saturday 30th November 2024 at 5:00pm.
· The redraw will take place on 8th December 2024.

UNI POSCA Colouring Competition - Terms & Conditions

Eligibility:
The competition is open to all ages. Multiple entries per person are allowed.

How to Enter:
Participants must submit their artwork by either:
Dropping off the original to your local Jacksons store or emailing a scanned copy to fremantle@jacksons.com.au with "UNI Posca Colouring Comp" as the subject.
All entries must include the participant’s contact details.

Submission Deadline:
Entries must be submitted by 10th October 2024. Late submissions will not be considered.

Prizes:
The grand prize includes:
1 x PC1MR Wallet of 8 Standard Colours
1 x PC3M Wallet of 8 Soft Colours (Pastels)
1 x PC5M Wallet of 8 Dark Colours

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

Judging:
Entries will be judged by a panel consisting of the in-store crew and key staff from the head office. Judging will be based on creativity, originality, and overall artistic expression. The decision of the judges is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Winner Notification:
Winners will be notified via the contact details provided upon entry. If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days of notification, an alternative winner will be selected.

Usage Rights:
By entering the competition, participants agree to allow Jacksons to use their submitted artwork for promotional purposes, both in store and online, without further compensation.

Jacksons reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to participants as soon as possible by Jacksons.

Privacy:
