Kazan is Neef's synthetic alternative to a natural squirrel-hair watercolour brush, offering the same absorbency, spring and smoothness. 

A dagger is a very versatile "dagger-shaped" brush, allowing for wide variation in stroke width, depending on how much pressure is applied.

Traditionally, it's been used for pin-striping and hand-lettering techniques.
