Shipping within Australia

We use Australia Post E-Parcel standard service for Australia Wide orders and Pep Express Transport services for Perth Metro customers.

Standard Delivery on all Retail Orders: Freight/Shipping fee of $12.95 inc GST is applicable to all orders.

Regional Orders: Due to size, weight, destination postcode, transport regulations the Freight / Shipping fee will be invoiced at cost.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes

*Additional freight costs will be incurred when selecting the following:

Express Postage
Shipping Bulky Items, dangerous goods/hazardous chemicals
Shipping to remote regional areas

Please contact our customer service department on: orders@jacksons.com.au to attain a quote for variable rate shipping charges. A member of the Customer Service Team will contact you with the charges for confirmation. Variable Rate charges will be considered accepted should no response be received within 48 hours.

Gift Cards – Shipped with Australia Post registered mail at a cost of $4.95.

Orders placed online are supplied from our warehouse in Perth WA.

Delivery of goods:

A signature is required for deliveries. Please ensure that you or someone authorised is present to accept delivery.

In the event that no one is available to accept delivery, the courier will leave a card in your letterbox with details to arrange pick-up at your local Australia Post Retail outlet.

 

BULKY SHIPMENT ITEMS

Additional delivery fees apply to bulky, large, dangerous goods/hazardous chemicals items as they require extra handling and may take longer to transport because of their weight and size.

Bulky Items are classed with orders exceeding (Max Weight: 20kgs and Max size: 105cm)

DELIVERY TIME FRAME*

Metro Delivery: 2-7 working days
Regional Delivery: 5-7 working days
Remote Delivery: 7-14 working days days
*Subject to postal service/courier time frames

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS

As Jacksons do not stock Special Order items, payment is required before your order is placed directly with our supplier and cannot be cancelled once ordered from our supplier. Delivery is subject to supplier lead-time; our Customer Service Team will advise you of the estimated delivery date on confirmation from our supplier. Freight/Shipping/Handling Fees will apply to Special Order items.

BACKORDERS

We endeavour to despatch your order as promptly as possible. Orders which contain out-of-stock items may be held up to a 10 working day time frame, to ensure the maximum number of items can be supplied together on one invoice. Any items outstanding at this time that have not been substituted, will be removed from your order.

Where an ETA exceeds 10 working days, upon agreement items may remain on back order, however these items are unable to be cancelled. *Jacksons will reassess on an individual order basis if required.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Jacksons only ship to New Zealand currently. Shipping is with Australia Post International and invoiced at cost incurred. Each parcel must not exceed 20kg with max length of 105cm.
